Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original condition with tags and packaging intact. To start a return, email us at jedmayaka@gmail.com.

How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after your return is approved.

Are there items I can't return?
Yes — perishable goods, custom/personalised products, personal care items, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.
