How to Track

Check your email inbox for a shipping confirmation from JAEKERNA.
Find your tracking number in that email.
Click the tracking link provided, or visit your carrier’s website and enter your tracking number.

Shipping Timeframes

Standard international delivery takes 7–15 business days from the date of dispatch. Please allow up to 3 business days for your tracking information to update after your order ships.

Haven’t Received a Tracking Number?

If it has been more than 3 business days since you placed your order and you have not received a tracking email, please check your spam/junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact us with your order number and we will assist you promptly.
