30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be in their original condition — unused, with original tags and packaging intact.

How to Start a Return

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's done.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods
Custom or personalised products
Personal care items
Sale items
Gift cards

EU Customers

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days under the EU cooling-off period, for any reason and without justification.
